During our first meeting, we’ll talk budget, timeline, and an overview of the construction process. We want to align our goals and expectations to avoid surprises during the construction process.

Whether you have your own plans or you’re starting from scratch, we will work with you to nail down plans, specifications, and design elements in detail. We can work with your designer or architect and we also provide in-house design & drafting services.

Timeline

A project schedule is made for each project, outlining tasks, durations, and milestones for each phase of construction. The schedule is updated as needed to accommodate for any changes along the way.

Budget

An overall budget is created and updated throughout construction to track estimated vs. actual cost and adjusted as needed.

Construction

During the construction process, we keep an open line of communication with you and keep you involved in the process by conducting site meetings to ensure everything comes together they way you want it to, assisting with selections, and keeping you posted on scheduling.

Warranty & Maintenance

Though the job is complete, we aren’t going anywhere. We’re here here to handle any issue that may arise. We take pride in taking care of the homes that we build and we’ll be around to help our owners preserve their homes.
